Do you ship worldwide? What is the shipping fee? Yes! We are proud to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. No matter where you are, we bring our custom art to your doorstep at no extra cost.
Note: Due to postal service limitations, we cannot deliver to military areas and certain restricted regions. If your location is affected, our team will contact you promptly to find an alternative solution.
What about customs and taxes? Enjoy a truly tax-free and duty-free shopping experience. We handle all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees, no surprises upon arrival.
How long does shipping take?
Production Time (Meticulous Craftsmanship)
Since every pair is a 100% hand-painted/spray-painted masterwork, we take the time to ensure perfection.
Standard Production: Typically 2 weeks to 1 month.
Bespoke Orders: For 1-on-1 custom requirements, the timeline begins once you approve the final design sketch. We only start painting after your confirmation to ensure the vision is 100% accurate.
Estimated Delivery Time (After Production)
Once your custom piece is finished and passes our quality check, the shipping times are as follows:
USA: 1 – 2 Weeks
Canada / Europe: 2 – 3 Weeks
International: 2 – 3 Weeks
All orders include premium tracking. Delivery days refer to business days. Please note that high-demand seasons or unforeseen logistics events (holidays, strikes, etc.) may occasionally cause minor delays.
Do you provide tracking information? Yes. You will receive an automated email with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of your shipment confirmation, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. Don't worry—some carriers take 2–5 business days to sync tracking data into their online systems. If your code still shows no information after 5 days, reach out to our team, and we will verify the status with the carrier for you.
Will my items be sent in one package? To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery (based on weight or size restrictions), items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for every individual parcel sent.
